You’ll work as part of a small team supporting a young man partly in an educational environment whilst incorporating community based activities and independent living skills. You’ll work term time in the Inverclyde area and outwith these times in our Glasgow services. Whilst experience of working in the field of autism is not essential it would be desirable, as would an HNC, SVQ II or III in Social Care or a willingness to work towards it. Knowledge of care standards and current legislation along with a driving licence would also be desirable. Excellent communication, flexibility and team working skills are essential. Posts may involve lone working and shift work.
