P/T Autism Practitioner Level I-II

Supported Accommodation – Enthusiastic and committed, you’ll be interested in developing a career with people who have autism. You’ll be part of an exciting dynamic team providing 24 hour support (including sleepover) to two young adults to develop their socialisation, communication and independent living skills.

You’ll have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team setting. Flexibility is essential as the post involves shift work. Experience in the field of autism is desirable as is an HNC, SVQ II and III in Social Care or a willingness to work towards these. Knowledge of care standards and current legislation would also be beneficial. The post may involve lone working.
