Vacancies are avaiable in the following services:

Residential Support – Providing support for young persons with ASD within their home, emphasis on providing a happy, caring home from which the individuals can derive satisfaction and maximise their independent living skills.

Children's Outreach – Providing support to children with ASD in the community. Support is flexible and has specific aims and objectives.

Outreach services – Providing support to adults with ASD within their home and local communities. Emphasis is on supporting individuals with independent living skills, social opportunities and learning.

Responsible for the day to day co-ordination of the service, you’ll be passionate about providing quality services to people with autism and support the resource manager and a team of staff to achieve this with your excellent communication and organisational skills. You'll be part of a team supporting young persons with ASD, with high levels of support needs and challenging behaviours within a residential environment. Ideally you’ll hold an HNC or SVQ III in Social Care and have significant experience of working with people with autism in a care setting. Excellent communication, flexibility and team working skills are essential.

Posts involve shift work, evening/weekend work.
