You’ll be responsible for the repairs and maintenance of the societies premises including ensuring buildings comply with Health and Safety. You’ll have the ability to recognise and prioritise work whilst ensuring best value for money, and be interested and skilled in the area of D.I.Y. Ideally you’ll have a trade and/or experience of carrying out building maintenance and repairs.
