Training

The Society offers an impressive Induction process. This involves allocation of a mentor who will help to guide new staff through the six month induction process.

This support is extended into regular supervision and training sessions with a wide and diverse range of training being offered.

We aim to ensure that staff continue to learn about the newest and most relevant theories and approaches to providing support to people with autism in a care profession.
