New Struan School
New Struan School exists
to provide the best possible day and residential
education for young people with an Autism Spectrum
Disorder (ASD) including Asperger Syndrome
to build strong partnerships with families, parents and
carers, professionals and Local Authorities.
New Struan School is an independent
residential and day special school
managed by the Scottish Society for
Autism.
It is a state of the art school specifically built and designed
for children with complex and intensive
educational needs who have a
primary diagnosis of an Autism
Spectrum Disorder. It is situated in the
central belt of Scotland in four acres of
beautiful grounds.
The school is renowned for
providing education within
a happy, safe and stimulating
environment, designed to support
each pupil's participation within the
school, home and wider community,
enabling them to benefit from
opportunities for social inclusion.
It has been at the forefront of
the delivery of this specialist education
for over 25 years.
